Privacy Policy
ProductFlowStudio, registered at 56077 Niederberger Höhe 56, Koblenz, Germany, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all visitors, clients, and partners. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and applicable German federal data protection legislation.
We collect personal data only when voluntarily submitted through our consultation forms, email correspondence, or direct communication. The data collected may include your full name, email address, phone number, company affiliation, and project specifications. This information is used exclusively for the purposes of project delivery, client communication, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
Your personal data is processed on the legal basis of contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell, rent, lease, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers only when necessary for project execution, and always under equivalent data protection obligations.
All personal data is stored within encrypted, ISO/IEC 27001-compliant cloud infrastructure hosted within the European Union. We retain personal data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable tax and commercial retention regulations, typically no longer than ten (10) years following the conclusion of the business relationship.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our data protection officer at [email protected]. We will respond to all requests within thirty (30) days.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern all engagements between ProductFlowStudio, registered at 56077 Niederberger Höhe 56, Koblenz, Germany, and any client commissioning services through our platform. By submitting a project inquiry or signing a Statement of Work, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All services are delivered under explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) that define scope, deliverables, timelines, and investment. ProductFlowStudio reserves the right to adjust timelines and investment following scope changes requested by the client after SOW execution. Any scope modifications must be agreed upon in writing.
Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, ProductFlowStudio assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, design specifications, and digital assets directly to the Client. ProductFlowStudio retains the right to reference anonymized project outcomes in portfolio materials unless explicitly prohibited in the SOW.
ProductFlowStudio provides a minimum thirty (30) day post-delivery support window following final project handover, covering defect resolution and documentation clarification. Extended support and maintenance retainers are available under separate agreement.
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Koblenz, Germany. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
Refund Policy
RefundProductFlowStudio is committed to transparent and fair commercial practices. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services rendered by ProductFlowStudio, registered at 56077 Niederberger Höhe 56, Koblenz, Germany.
For project-based engagements, a full refund of any advance payment may be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days of SOW execution, provided that no substantive work has commenced. If work has begun, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the percentage of deliverables completed at the time of cancellation.
Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled with thirty (30) days' written notice. Any prepaid retainer period beyond the notice window will be refunded in full. Retainer services already rendered within the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
If ProductFlowStudio fails to deliver contracted services within the agreed timeline due to reasons solely attributable to ProductFlowStudio, the client is entitled to a proportional refund or, at ProductFlowStudio's discretion, a revised delivery timeline at no additional cost.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a description of the reason. All refund requests will be reviewed within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within thirty (30) days of approval.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under German consumer protection law (§§ 312g, 355 BGB) regarding withdrawal from distance contracts.
